2009 has been a very successful first year with exciting Extreme Cowboy Racing in the 15 Regions across the country. There are 6 levels of competition that allows every rider to compete against riders with similar skills. The 6 Divisions are:

* Young Guns; ages 7 – 11
* Youth; ages 12 – 17
* Novice; ages 12 and up (no Professional riders)
* Non- Pro; ages 12 and up (no Professional riders)
* Pro; ages 12 and up
* Ride Smart; age 55 and over (no Professional riders)

Membership Fees are:

• $650.00 Lifetime which includes an EXCA belt buckle
• $65.00 Individual Annual membership ( Novice, Non-Pro, Pro and Ride Smart)
• $45.00 Individual Annual membership ( Young Guns and Youth)
• $105.00 Family Membership
• $25.00 Associate membership*

When you join, you will receive your EXCA Member card, Rulebook, the monthly EXCA electronic newsletter, The Brave Horse, a free one year subscription to Western Shooting Horse magazine which includes an article by EXCA Founder, Craig Cameron in Extreme Cowboy Corner, plus you are eligible to compete in EXCA Cowboy Racing events anywhere in the country!

We had a extreme trail course race this weekend at the MN shoot. We added balloons and shooting to it had 20 people try it all but one of them where running the course for the first time. Everyone seemed to be have fun and where asking if we could do it again
